This is my daughters 1st week at the school, starting out in the youngest class. So far we really love it. The school came highly recommended not only by close friends but throughout the community and it’s very evident why. We didn’t think she would be able to handle the huge change being so young, but the entire staff has been highly supportive in helping her transition smoothly. She has been coming and leaving with a smile on her face and that’s all we can ask for. It was harder for us than it was for her. Her teacher has been nothing but sweet and caring and wonderful with her. Everyone has been very attentive and it feels very personal. Her classroom is nice, with lots of toys, and I love that there are so many special classes and activities going on each day of the week including dance, music, yoga and gymnastics.
Safety of the children is a major priority of the school. The school is well secured with locked gates and buzzers, and they seem to keep good track of the kids.
We are looking forward to our time here with a great community of parents as this will be a very important part of our lives for the next three years and our daughter’s development.
From the moment we met Yelena we knew that Apple School was going to be the right place for us. She has tremendous knowledge about child education and development. She has a very real love for all the children who attend her school and they love her back. My four year old boys have only been at the school for a short time but I have already seen them grow emotionally, physically, and educationally. The teachers are genuine and very warm. I am so happy that we are able to attend a school that has such a positive effect on my children
Apple School is the perfect environment for our four year old daughter to shine in an incredible variety of subjects and activities: geography, mathematics, performing arts, history, and most importantly social interactions during play time. The teachers under Yelena’s expert guidance are wonderful, passionate and caring. This fantastic preschool makes my wife happy because it reminds her of the best parts of her early education from the Ukraine, while I’m thrilled with their embracing my daughter’s strengths and encouraging her growth in all areas. The best endorsement for the school is that my daughter chose to go to school instead of spending the day at the beach (her favorite).
We are the parents of a seven year old girl, Shelly, who attended Yelena’s amazing school between the ages of 3 to 6. Our child benefited tremendously from the nurturing environment, the caring teaching staff, and the excellent academic foundation that is the basis for her success at her current school. In addition to the diverse enrichment activities stimulating the inquisitive minds of the children, Yelena’s school creates a homey feel by providing healthy nutrition (and the education for proper nutrition) and a safe environment with proper monitoring and mentorship. Most importantly, it is pretty obvious how much Yelena and her staffs are passionate about educating and working with the children. Our daughter keeps asking us to come and pay a visit to Yelena’s school since she has so many fond memories that she’d love to relive again.
One of the most calming aspects about every single work day is the knowledge and assurance that our children are in the capable, loving, and nurturing hands of the wonderful staff at Apple School. Our five year-old Jakob has attended Apple School for the past three years and our three year-old Lucas started last year. They both adore their teachers, cherish their friendships with other students, and eagerly look forward towards meeting more friends at the bigger and better facility. As parents, we are always impressed with the high level of learning and wide range of activities our children experience on a consistent basis. After three years and counting, we certainly know we made the right choice with Apple School.
My daughter Mila has been attending Apple school since she was 3 years old. I was so worried about starting her so early. Turned out that I had nothing to worry about. She loved it from the start. She is graduating and starting 1st grade this year. She is already talking about how much she is going to miss school. The staff at the school is incredibly caring and friendly. They take great care of the kids and they teach them well. I am thrilled with the quality of education my daughter received. She reads, adds and subtracts. She can even name all 43 presidents and 50 states. I just asked her what was the most important thing she learned from Lena and her staff. Mila’s response: “to always tell the truth!”
I have two children that go to Apple School. One is 6 & the other one is 3. We have been at this school for a year now. My kids as well as our whole family love this school. In terms of education this is the best!!! Also we have never seen a school where all the teachers and especially Yelena the director show so much love for the children. They really care and it shows. My son just graduated and he has learned so much not just beyond what he needs to know for first grade but his behavior, manners, and decision making skills have really been perfected at this school. He will really miss it. Thank you to all the staff and Yelena especially for always finding time to give us helpful advice and making her school more like a family where everyone has the same goal making your child be the best they can be!!!!
I have two children, and both of them attended this day care. My older son attended kindergarten here, while my younger son started when he was 3, and went all the way through kindergarten. I was very happy with my experience with both kids. The facility was always very clean, and the staff very caring. They had a wide variety of activities, and academics was very strong. Both kids were at the top of their class when they started first grade. Yelena is amazing at disciplining the kids, and they pay attention to her right away. She is also very knowledgeable on child psychology, and has often given me good advice on behavior issues at home..
